Art/commissions/adopts/payments
♡ Please be respectful and patient, I have a life outside this.♡ If you intend to purchase a design/commission of me, you can't backout without reasoning or ghost me. You would be wasting my time and making me feel very uncomfortable. It is not that difficult to refuse a service.♡ If you post my art in stories, posts pfp, etc, you always must credit me.♡ Don't type your username/sign on my bases (my watermark/user MUST be visible)♡ My designs have 1 cooldown week (it means you cannot put them ufo/uft/eo gift them nor accept pings) after purchase and after any transfer.♡ Never sell a design/character for more than what you bought it for unless you add art or commissions (if it is an trade you should not sell it for money unless it got art/comms)♡ If you own a design of mine PLEASE let me know before trade/gift/reselling them.♡ Co-owning is allowed, just lmk first! <3♡ PAYMENTS MUST BE DONE WITH AN ONLY TRANSACTION.♡ I DON'T MAKE REFUNDS
In case of receiving fractioned payments, they won't be refunded (because if I proceed I would loose money due to paypal terms and fee). In the worst case I would refound the exact amount that I received.♡ Once you pay for a commission There will be no refounds UNLESS for some reason I cannot make the commission.♡ Payment: Before I start sketching. Can be via paypal (paypal gift code too) Discord Nitro sometimes or ko-fi. (In euros)♡ I do no hold adopts by me for more than 1 week (money as a payment)♡ I do no hold adopts for more than 2 months, pending adopts will be open (Art as a payment)♡ DO NOT claim my art/designs as your own (please, give me the credits)♡ Don't trace, highly reference my art without permission, nor edit my art.♡ Never delete/full change the designs/adopts.♡ I'm allowed to use the artwork (promote myself in any site, display it anywhere to liking or post it whenever I want).♡ If we do an art trade and you don't finish your part or don't show me any process, don't ask to do an art trade or accept it at first, I spent time working on my trade part, so please don't do that </3
My ocs
♡ You're allowed to draw all my ocs:- Only draw my ocs with yours if we are mutuals or a little close (dtiys are outside of this)- NEVER draw nsfw (most of my characters are ferals...) unless we are close/friends, you ask permission and the character is a human or anthro.- NEVER draw gore/hard gore without asking me first.- PLEASE if one character got redesigned don't draw their old design :(♡ DO NOT offer on a character that is NOT for sale ;; pings depends on the oc are ok.♡ DO NOT COPY/HIGHLY ref my oc's names/designs/ideas/stories.
I understand that there are many characters, and that in the end there will be names/ideas that will be similar, but when it is not a common name, please do not copy it. Especially: Sleepyowl, Pearlnaiad, etc.
