By commissioning me or buying my designs do you agree all of these terms

Art/commissions/adopts/payments

❀ Please be respectful and patient, I have a life outside this.❀ If you intend to purchase a design/art of me, you can't backout without reasoning or ghost me. Instead please let me know about it.❀ Do not repost my art unless it's your commission or I gave you permission first.❀ Never use my art for NFT/AI/Commercial, etc purposes.❀ Please credit my art and designs.❀ Never delete/full change my designs. Changes are always allowed, just please keep them recognizables.❀ You’re allowed to make family members/hypokits of my designs. But do not make them look heavily ref/make same design.❀ Never sell a design/character for more than what you bought it for unless you add art or commissions.❀ If you own a design of mine please let me know before trade/gift/reselling them to avoid people on my private blacklist get them.❀ Co-owning is allowed, just lmk first! <3❀ I like to see my designs receiving affection, drawings and lore, so I hope you can connect with them ♡ or even pleople using my art, these things means a lot to me!❀ Payments must be done with an only transaction. Unless we talked about a payment plan first.❀ I don't make refunds (Unless for some reason I cannot make the commission/complete the service). In the worst case I would refound the exact amount that I received (due to PayPal fees).❀ Payment: Before I start sketching. Via paypal.❀ I do no hold adopts by me for more than 2 week (money as a payment) or we can discuss for a longer hold depending on the price and situation. No more than 2 months (Art as a payment).❀ Don't trace, highly reference my art/any content without permission, nor edit my art.❀ I'm allowed to use my art to promote myself.❀ If we do an art trade and you don't finish your part or don't show me any process, I won’t send to you my finished part.

My ocs

❀ You're allowed to draw all my ocs:❀ Draw my ocs with yours is ok!❀ Do not draw nsfw of my ocs unless we are close friends, you ask permission and the character is a human or anthro.❀ Do not make ship art/gore art of my characters without asking first.❀ If one of my ocs character got a redesign don't draw their old one :(❀ Do not offer on characters that are not up for sale.❀ Please do not copy/highly ref my characters, nor try to resell/steal them.

❀ Please don't be rude, ghosting, ignore me, etc with no reason, I am a person who does not like conflicts nor overthinking, I feel anxious so easily.❀ If you have a problem with me or I make you uncomfortable please let me know ;; I want to avoid conflicts or confusions, I wanna make it clear that I'm not trying to make anyone feel bad and would love to be able to solve it (so please lmk instead ignoring/ghosting me).❀ I'm very forgetful, so don't hesitate to remind me of something (or maybe I'm busy/don't feel good enough to talk) I don't want to cause misunderstandings. But please don't spam me if there is not enough trust.❀ Zoophilia/homophobia/racism/etc are not allowed here, so if you are any of this, please stop following/interacting with me.
